Talent Management

A talent acquisition process comprising of competency based interviews and psychometric assessments are in place when we interview applicants for vacancies within The Group. Research regarding the predictive validity of our interviewing and assessment process is on-going. Our interviews are intense, our assessments are rigorous and our criteria are strict. Performance Management

Remuneration

Our remuneration philosophy focuses on linking guaranteed pay and non-guaranteed incentive schemes to employee performance with a mix of financial and non-financial rewards. We partake in remunerations surveys and endeavour to pay market related rates.
