Resort Management
The Beekman Group manages 30 resorts in 5 Countries, providing full operational support for the day-to-day management of the properties. Including rental and owner support. In addition to services that enhance the direct management of the resorts, Beekman Group also provides a range of back office administrative functions to support all the resorts in its resort management portfolio.

Vacation Ownership
Since the early 1980’s the Group’s participation in the South African Vacation Ownership industry was characterised by the development of its own resorts across South Africa in order to secure R730 million of non-bonded stock within its assets. These resorts allow visitors to enjoy the option of a beach holiday, mountain getaway or a safari in the African bush.
Leisure Services
Over time, the Group expanded to offer more holiday offerings in the form of daily rentals and vacation ownership exchanges, diversified into resort management as well as introducing professional luxury beauty spas in select resorts. Residential Properties
With the high demand for apartment ownership from both South Africans and International residents wishing to acquire property in the main resort regions of the country, the Group has developed and sold a number of residential complexes.
Commercial Properties
Following the extensive experience gained in the development of properties for its vacation ownership operation, Beekman Group diversified into this sector in 2002 and has since built up a commercial portfolio with an approximate market value of R410 million.
