Senior Admin Controller
Port Shepstone – KwaZulu Natal – South Africa
Key Performance Areas:
The successful candidate will be responsible for the administration of Group properties across a number of key aspects which ensure that all administrative and content-related aspects of the property are professionally administered at all times. This includes System and channel setup, channel integration completion, content administration, creation and maintenance of setup on Vacation Compass of new inventory and resorts.
This role includes an extensive component of system data capture, systems usage and testing, which relies heavily on critical thinking and practical analysis of scenarios.
The successful candidate is required to attend & co-ordinate Saturday (or other) system update (Release to Production) sessions; providing IT with the necessary feedback, as well as affected operational teams. Support across several business entities.
Requirements:
- Matric
- Minimum experience in a similar property administration and testing environment of 3 years is advantageous
- Above average computer literacy
- Strong customer service delivery orientation
- Ability to co-ordinate all data and generate reports and feedback accurately according to deadlines
- Critical and analytical thinking – must be able to apply and contextualise information received to system and business scenarios for interrogation and draw conclusions against which recommendations are made
- Strong skills in Word, and Excel
- Strong admin skills and using own initiative
- Excellent communication skills
- Organizational Skills, Accuracy, Analytical and problem solving
- Above average computer literacy
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to work independently, and as part of a team.
- Knowledge across a wide section of the Group’s entities is advantageous.
- Suitable for self-managed, driven individuals concerned with delivering quality work.
