In our unwavering commitment to supporting Down Syndrome South Africa (DSSA), the Beekman Group recently took a meaningful step by purchasing and distributing Down Syndrome Day stickers to all our dedicated staff nationwide on the 20th of October. This small yet significant gesture aims to raise awareness and foster a sense of unity during World Down Syndrome Day.
Adding to the pride of our involvement, we were honoured to receive an invitation to an awards ceremony in Johannesburg, attended by Gerhard Mynhardt, Resort Manager at Dikhololo. At this event, Beekman Group proudly sponsored exciting prizes for a competition; the opportunity for remarkable getaways to Dikhololo in the Brits District, and The Kingdom Resort in the Pilanesberg region.
The ripple effect of our support is heartening. Two deserving families, affected by caring for people with Down Syndrome, won amazing holidays at The Kingdom Resort. And four more families won an exciting holiday to Dikhololo.
