Beekman Group Acknowledged for Exceptional Corporate Governance

The Beekman Group was once again the recipient of multiple accolades at the PMR.africa Business Excellence Awards this year.

Along with a number of other companies and institutions based in the KwaZulu Natal South Coast, The Beekman Group was recognised for its excellence in 2021 at a corporate breakfast event hosted on the 9th of May.

The Group was commended as the Diamond Arrow winner (first overall achiever) in the category of South Coast based Property Management Companies, as well as across three further categories; namely:

  1. Demonstrating Exceptional Managerial and Corporate Governance Qualities;
  2. Good Corporate Citizenship Based on Corporate Responsibility Initiatives and Investments Over the Past 12 Months;
  3. Most Innovative Companies/ Institutions

The PMR.africa awards are intended to acknowledge the contributions, initiatives, strategies, and effort of local companies that contribute to ethical and sustainable business practices.

Winners of these annual awards are rated by a random, regional sample of 100 respondents comprising of CEO’s, business owners, directors, managers and government officials based in the KwaZulu-Natal South Coast region.
