With immense pride, we announce the successful conclusion of our second Blood Drive this year, marking a significant moment for the Beekman Group community. In collaboration with SANBS, we hosted the drive in the Head Office Basement Conference Facilities on the 18th of October 2023. We are happy that 32 staff members were able to donate after passing the necessary tests.
This achievement represents a remarkable surge in participation with more people donating blood with each passing blood drive.
Looking ahead, our sights are set even higher for the next Blood Drive, to achieve a minimum of 40 successful donations. The incredible enthusiasm and dedication displayed by our staff in support of this cause continue to exceed our expectations, and we express our heartfelt gratitude to everyone involved.
A special thank you goes out to all who participated, including those who had the intention of donating but were not given the okay after the tests. Their unwavering dedication to making a difference is truly commendable, and we are grateful for their invaluable contribution to the success of the Beekman Group Blood Drive.
