Company Secretary Administrator
Port Shepstone – KwaZulu Natal – South Africa
To provide end-to-end company secretarial, statutory, governance and compliance administration support across all Group entities, trusts and associated structures, ensuring full compliance with the Companies Act, CIPC requirements and best-practice corporate governance standards.
Key Performance Areas:
- Administer statutory records for all Group companies, CCs, and trusts in compliance with the Companies Act, 2008.
- Prepare and lodge all CIPC documentation, including director changes, MOI amendments, share transfers, auditor changes and registered office updates.
- Maintain Accfin Sky Secretarial programme records and entity schedules.
- Plan, coordinate, and administer AGMs, SGMs, General Meetings and Audit Committee meetings.
- Support the Group Compliance Officer with statutory and corporate governance requirements.
- Provide statutory sign-off support for AFS where required.
- Maintain electronic and physical records, including share certificates and title deeds.
Key Competencies and Personal Attributes:

- Strong administration skills
- Detail-orientated

- Knowledge of Accfin Sky
- Knowledge of CIPC processes would be advantageous
Qualifications:
Company Secretary Course or equivalent would be advantageous.
