Res Admin Support Coordinator

Port Shepstone – KwaZulu Natal – South Africa

Key Responsibilities:
We are seeking a highly detail oriented Support Administrator whose primary responsibility will be to analyse support data, produce accurate reports, coordinate activities between the support team, and guarantee that every piece of information is communicated efficiently between the team.
The ideal candidate combines analytical skills with meticulousness. Your core function will be analysing and interpreting a wide array of information, reports and statistics to streamline the flow of information to a variety of teams/touchpoints ensuring that the relevant stakeholders receive reliable information to perform their duties effectively.
 
Core Duties Include:
  • In this Liaison role you will be the central point of communication ensuring everyone is on the same page
  • Directing information through to the correct path to ensure smooth and efficient query handling in a timely manner
  • Run ad-hoc deep dives (e.g.: spikes, root causes, trends) and present actionable insights
  • Ensure guidelines for ticket tagging, relevant information, categorisation and metadata are met
  • Completing daily administrative duties according to operational processes
 
Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
  • Matric (Grade 12)
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (specifically Microsoft Excel)
  • Previous experience in reporting and/or workflow coordinating highly advantageous

  • Strong ability to interpret data: identify trends, patterns and root causes within the data and translate into actionable tasks
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptionally Strong Attention to Detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet tight deadlines and prioritise work effectively
  • Self motivated, proactive and able to work independently as well as within a team
