Admin Controller (Projects)
Port Shepstone – KwaZulu Natal – South Africa
This role seeks a highly organized individual who thrives on efficiency while working on various adhoc tasks, to join our dynamic team.
Key Performance Areas:
- Coordinate and manage adhoc projects
- Monitor project process and ensure deadlines are met
- Prepare reports and documentation for review
- Maintain accurate reports and records
- Liaise with internal teams and stakeholders
Position Requirements:
- Previous administration experience, or similar role
- Strong analytical and time-management skills
- Ability to prioritise and handle multiple tasks
- Excellent communication skills
- Efficiency in Microsoft office
