Since our last Private Edition magazine, The Holiday Club has continued to turn that vision into reality by expanding our offerings, enhancing our resorts, and delivering even greater value to our members. We’ve invested in creating experiences that are not just memorable, but exceptional! From the growth of our Private Residence portfolio to major refurbishments and new family-friendly facilities across our resorts. These milestones reflect more than progress; they demonstrate our promise to raise the bar for holiday ownership. This is why we are proud to celebrate reaching the incredible achievement of sending our 10 Millionth guest on holiday in 2025! Thanks to the dedication of our teams and the continued support of our members, I’m proud to report that The Holiday Club remains in a strong and healthy financial position aswe look to the future with optimism and ambition. Our Private Residence (PR) portfolio continues to grow and evolve, bringing added value and variety to our members. We’ve expanded our offering with a selection of brand-new PR units, while also investing in refurbishments across existing properties. These enhancements are part of our ongoing commitment to maintaining a high standard of comfort, style and exclusivity across the entire PR collection. The launch of Menlyn Mix marks a major milestone as it joins our PR portfolio and introduces a business-leisure option for Members. Members have even more to choose from with new PR units at The Kingdom Resort and Hazyview Cabanas. Royal Wharf has joined in with two brand new PR units expanding its availability and holiday experiences. The expansion continues with additional PR units introduced at Sandpiper Dunes, The Shark Bay, Table View Villas, Royal Atlantic, Placid Waters and Monomotapa Village. Each location and PR unit offers unique settings and high-quality finishes designed to suit a variety of holiday styles. In addition to developments within the Private Residence portfolio, we’ve beenmaking broad improvements across a numberof ourresorts. Sunshine Bay Beach Club has undergone a complete transformation, now offering enclosed patios that enhance both space and comfort for guests. At Dikhololo, extensive refurbishments are well underway as part of our wider commitment to raising standards across all properties. Royal Wharf has also benefited from significant upgrades, with refreshed interiors bringing new life to existing units. Meanwhile, Dolphin View Villas has completed a full refurbishment of all its units, offering a modern and revitalised experience for both loyal members and first-time visitors. The KingdomResort has taken things even further with the opening of Node E, the vibrant newJungle Café, a brand-newpool area and the launchof Padel and Pickleball Courts. Kiara Lodge and Cayley Mountain Resort have mirrored this momentum by unveiling their very own Padel Courts. Cayley Mountain Resort has continued this momentum by refurbishing Cayley Beach Club, upgrading their main building and reception area, the Body Bliss Day Spa and the Bell & Whistle restaurant. These additions provide more ways than ever to unwind, indulge and have fun. Additionally, Leap Adventures are now available at Monomotapa Village and Kiara Lodge. This exciting facility introduces a variety of newactivities designed to bring added energy and entertainment to your holiday experience. With something for all ages, Leap Adventures encourages families to connect, explore and enjoy quality time together through outdoor fun, physical challenges and engaging group activities. From extensive refurbishments to the introduction of new guest experiences like Leap Adventures, we are continuously investing in quality, comfort and enjoyment for all who visit. It’s this dedication to excellence that sees resorts like Cayley Mountain Resort,Dikhololo,TheKingdomResortandSanMartinho Beach Club recognised by respected industry bodies such as the World Travel Awards. We remain committed to keeping up this pace across our services as well as our facilities, by ensuring best practices in customer experience. A key success this year has been the continued impact of the Max Moola benefit. By earning Max Moola rewards, members have seen reductions in their membership fee commitments and have been able to enjoy more of our on-site facilities. As a part of enhancing the Max Moola benefit, members can now earn and spend Max Moola at selected Signature Collection Resort outlets and restaurants. These rewards will be credited directly to members’ Max Moola accounts, giving you more flexibility on your next holiday and adding evengreatervalue to yourmembership.
