Guests will now receive an SMS before arrival with a link to complete a quick and easy pre-arrival check-in form. This helps speed up your check-in at the resort and ensures that, even if you arrive late, your keys will be ready and waiting for you. Be sure to keep an eye out for this SMS ahead of your next stay! This year, we are introducing an exciting update to how members enjoy added value at our resorts. Instead of upfront discounts, you’ll now earn Max Moola rewards every time you make use of paid resort facilities at a Signature Collection Resort. That means a percentage of your spend will be credited back to your Max Moola account, giving you more to enjoy! It’s a great way to reward you for making the most of your stay, with benefits you can use on your next family holiday. Learn more about how it works on pages 85 and 95.
