A PERSONAL TOUCH Accredited agents receive thorough training on our products and have all the knowledge you need to make the most of your Membership. It’s especially important to work with them if you’re thinking about buying Points. Purchases through non-accredited agents are not verified by The Holiday Club, which could result in incorrect Points balances or outstanding fees. It serves as a centralised and secure online portal managed by The Holiday Club, channelling the majority of sales transactions through a reliable platform. Accredited Holiday Club Sales Agents have personalised access to The Holiday Club Sales App and can only access it if they’ve been accredited as a Sales Agent by The Holiday Club. If you are dealing with an agent who does not have access to the App at the time of contracting with you, we encourage you to promptly contact Member Services with your concerns.
