Our professional Reservations Consultants will assist you with all reservation relatedmatters. Holiday Club Members enjoy three free local bookings per annum, made through the Call Centre, thereafter a fee per additional bookingwill apply. Website bookings do not carry this fee. See the previous page to see how to book online. Member Services can also assist with purchasing vouchers with your Points for use at select Signature Collection Resorts, i.e. Restaurants, Body Bliss Day Spa, Leap Adventures, etc. or for Holiday Club merchandise purchases. CALL CENTRE RESERVATIONS Local and International STEP 1 - SEARCH LOCAL Once your travel dates are decided call 0861 842 737 , and select option 1 for accommodation within South Africa, Botswana, Mozambique, Namibia and Zimbabwe. Make sure that you have two alternative options in mind as we work on a live system and availability is on a first come, first served basis. Your Reservations Consultant will advise you on the options available. Once you have your preferred destination and date of travel ready, call 0861 842 737 and select option 2. Please remember that passport and visa requirements are your responsibility. INTERNATIONAL STEP 2 - SELECT NOTE: Once you have made your selection, please ensure that you understand the reservations terms and conditions. Our Reservations Consultant can also update the guest details of your reservation on request. Should you have any arrears on your membership account the reservation will go into a provisional status until all outstanding amounts are settled in full. Provisional reservations are valid for 48 hours and will automatically be cancelled should the outstanding fees not be settled. To secure your reservation immediately, you can settle your arrears directly with our Reservations Consultant via credit card. STEP 3 - CONFIRM NOTE: Be sure to look out for “special information” on the confirmation letter, and the reminder email you receive closer to your check-in dates, as this letter will contain updated resort information. Our Reservations Consultant will confirm the reservation for you and forward your confirmation letter to you via email, or via post.
