Whether you want to increase your Points portfolio or find out more about your Membership, you will have peace of mind knowing that you are dealing with an accredited agent. THE PERSONAL TOUCH Accredited agents have comprehensive training on our product and know all the information you need to be able to make the best of your Membership. It is also especially important to deal with them in case you want to buy Points. Purchases from non-accredited agents are not vetted by us, so beware of wrong Points balances or those having outstanding fees attached to them. It serves as a centralised and secure online portal managed by The Holiday Club, channelling the majority of sales transactions through a reliable platform. Accredited Holiday Club Sales Agents have personalised access to the THC Sales App and can only access it if they’ve been accredited as a Sales Agent by The Holiday Club. If you are dealing with an agent who does not have access to the app at the time of contracting with you. We encourage you to promptly contact Member Services with your concerns.
