Our Service Charter is a commitment to providing our Members with an exceptional and unforgettable holiday experience every time they are on holiday at one of our resorts. We refer to this as The Beekman WAY, which serves as a guide for our attitudes, values and thinking that shape our operations at the Beekman Group. From booking a holiday, finding accommodation, handling Members’ accounts, and every step in between, the Beekman WAY Charter governs our interactions at our Resorts and at Head Office with both our customers and colleagues in its entirety. Our 2023 BeekmanWAYworkshops were a huge success, and staff have embraced our Service Charter.
