A Rewarding 2014

The Beekman Group wish to thank all their Members, Business Partners and Staff for another successful and rewarding business year. 2014 marked 12 months of expansion on all fronts – from staff growth to business development and property launches.

"We look back on this year and are grateful for the team that we have,"" says John Beekman, Managing Director of The Beekman Group. "Every year marks exciting new ventures and we couldn’t do it without the men and women that form part of the Group. The expertise and enthusiasm they bring is what keeps us motivated and driven."

Most notably, this year marked the official launch of the Beekman Group's new product named Beekman Managed Portfolio. This portfolio comprises four exclusive, upmarket properties that the Group is developing and managing.

The Kingdom Resort in the Pilanesberg, North West, is situated 5 minutes from Sun City and opened its doors for the December 2013 festive season. This year the first phase of development has been sold out and development of phase 2 and a waterpark has commenced. San Martinho Beach Club, situated in Bilene, Mozambique, was launched to the public and interest shown in this development has been overwhelming. Building and sales have commenced at Monomotapa Village in the Legend Golf & Safari Resort as well as Cayley Mountain Resort, situated near Winterton in the Central Drakensberg.

The Group has also formed an internal Business Development Department that is responsible for forging new business relationships between The Beekman Group's subsidiary companies and other stakeholders with a strong focus on the distribution of the Group's internally developed and award-winning property management software, Vacation Compass.

These are just a few of the exciting projects The Beekman Group has successfully embarked on during 2014. "We look at our success holistically - we know that we couldn't have achieved all of this, and remained relevant in the market, if it weren’t for our Members." continues John Beekman. "We thank each and every one of them for their continued patronage and look forward to many more years of serving our Members with products that can be enjoyed and treasured with their families".
