Reservations Consultant – Afrikaans & English Essential!

Port Shepstone – KwaZulu Natal – South Africa

The primary focus of the role is to make various types of reservations for clients/members, as well as actioning of timeshare owned weeks as requested by owners. This is accomplished by handling queries via phone, email, social media and/or face to face consultation as well as attending to assigned outbound call programmes which will ensure the achievement of multiple individual, team and departmental goals across a multitude of product lines.
Key Performance Areas:
  • Attend to reservation and banking requests which include but are not limited to:
  • Rental bookings
  • Points/Exchange bookings
  • Flexi or fixed timeshare bookings
  • Address queries via phone, email or face to face consultation
  • Attend to queries on various Social Media platforms
  • Perform additional duties as assigned including but not limited to Member Services
Position Requirements:
  • Matric essential
  • Min 2 years Call Centre experience
  • Fully bilingual in Afrikaans & English – Written & Verbal ESSENTIAL!
  • Proven sales ability, with a strong focus on customer service
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Ability to deal with members in a professional and courteous manner
  • Above average computer literacy
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to work independently, and as part of a team
  • Preference will be given to individuals who has an EAAB Estate Agent qualification
  • An individual that will be self-motivated to achieve sales targets
  • A service orientated approach
  • Competitive, Dynamic and Performance driven
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
The successful candidate will be required to work shifts, including Saturdays.
