Member Service Senior Consultant
Port Shepstone – KwaZulu Natal – South Africa
The successful candidate will be responsible for resolving specialized member enquiries and complaints. Negotiations for member retentions. Addressing governing bodies’ complaints. Handling legal correspondences.
Key Performance Areas:
- Prioritize and attend to allocated member queries within the specified service level agreement.
- Highly detail-oriented, organized, and methodical with excellent follow-up to meet customer expectations and deadlines.
- Provide front-end, telephonic, face-to-face or email support to members.
- Providing high-quality, prompt, and professional service to clients.
- Maintain Call Rate Standards
- Attend to membership cancellation requests.
- Legal queries
- Resort complaints
- VOASA, CGSO, and other industry queries.
- Handling specialized projects
Requirements:
- Matric essential
- Working knowledge of the leisure industry
- Flexible working hours and overtime if and when required
- Previous call centre experience
- Working knowledge of social media channels
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to deal with members in a professional and courteous manner
- Above average computer literacy
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to work independently, and as part of a team.
