HR Generalist (Junior)

Port Shepstone – KwaZulu Natal – South Africa

Key Performance Areas:
  • Maintain and organize employee files
  • Manage and organize HR archives
  • Assist with reporting (financial & statistical)
  • Carry out research as and when required and provide analytical feedback
  • Provide support to both recruitment and payroll
Person Requirements:  
  • HR qualification or studying towards an HR qualification
  • Excellent Excel skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and multi task
  • Ability to plan and organise, be methodical and have great attention to detail
  • Numerical proficiency is essential
  • Preference will be given to VIP experience and previous working knowledge of legislation related to HR
  • Adaptability to changing work duties and deadlines
  • Confidentiality, discretion and empathy when dealing with people
  • Good interpersonal skills
