Administrative Assistant – The Kingdom Resort

Pilanesberg – North West – South Africa

Key Performance Areas: Duties range from telephone, office administration, reservations, stock/asset control, and handling of money. The successful candidate will also be responsible for compiling and submitting reports, managing and maintaining certain resort information.  Dealing with queries, both written and verbal.  Data capturing and general admin duties.
Position Requirements:
  • Matric
  • Computer literacy in Excel & Word
  • Previous client liaison experience
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to plan and organise
  • Numerical proficiency essential as well as attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong admin skills  
Person Requirements:
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Good communication skills
  • Discretion, Confidentiality, Trustworthiness of highest importance
  • Own transport & Drivers Licence essential
  • Prepared to work shifts and on weekends; public holidays that fall on a check in day, late evenings and call outs
