Vacation Ownership
Since the early 1980’s the Group’s participation in the South African
vacation ownership industry was characterised by the development of its
own resorts across South Africa in order to secure R660 million of non
bonded stock within its assets. These resorts allow visitors to enjoy the
option of a coastal holiday or a safari in the African bush. The resorts
are marketed under The Holiday Club brand.

In order to provide value-added benefits to members of the Group's
vacation ownership division, strategic marketing partnerships have
been secured with major service providers.

With the high demand for apartment ownership from both South Africans and International
residents wishing to acquire property in the main resort regions of the country, the
Group has developed a number of residential complexes along the Kwazulu Natal South Coast.
