obtainable for its numerous go green efforts. The Port Shepstone based
group has been awarded Platinum Certification by The Green Path for the Group's

Bram Beekman, the co-founder and Chairman of the Beekman Group, a major force
in the property and leisure industry, passed away at the age of 66 on Saturday, January 15,
2011.

Tony Fernandez It was with sad news on Monday 21 February 2011 that Tony Fernandes, our
colleague and friend at The Beekman Group, passed away. Tony Fernandes
began working for the Group on 1 February 1994 as the Company Secretary
and was fundamental in starting up the transfer department, South Coast
Share Transfer Secretaries together with Austin Wethered. For over 17 years
Tony loyalty to the Group earned him the respect of his peers and the
business world.

| Local South Coast Business is Cleaning up and Going Green |

| The Beekman Group is mobilizing its Go Green Campaign to encourage the South
Coast community to get involved in the National Beach Clean-up week being held 12-17 September.
"We are encouraging all our staff, other businesses, schools and the community, to join in on
Saturday 17 September in the International Coastal Clean-up happening across our South Coast
beaches, by taking a few hours to help clean up and keep our beaches free from refuse and litter" says Samantha Podmore, Beekman Groups, Marketing Executive. |

| In the last 12 months, South Coasters have made full use of the two public recycling depots, one in Port Shepstone and one in Shelly Beach, established as part of the Beekman Group's 'Go Green' initiative.
Both depots have facilities for recycling glass, ink and printer cartridges, plastic, aluminium and paper. |

| The Beekman Group at their Port Shepstone headquarters are 100% ready
for the global eco-initiative Earth Hour, which will see individuals and businesses
alike switching off their lights between 20h30 and 21h30 on 26 March 2011. Last year,
over 128 countries participated in Earth Hour, which was initiated in 2007 in order to
raise awareness about the issues of climate change and sustainability. |

Association of South Africa) Relay For Life event which is to be held at the Norwegian Settler Church in Port Shepstone on 26
March 2011. The event has extra significance for Beekman Group employees as Bram Beekman, the co-founder and chairman
of the Beekman Group, passed away at the age of 66 earlier this year after a lengthy battle with cancer. |
| Generous Donation to the Genesis Trust |

| The Genesis Trust, a charity based near Port Shepstone on the South Coast
of KwaZulu Natal, recently took delivery of two Toyota Avanza's thanks to a generous donation
from the Beekman Group. These vehicles have enabled Genesis to implement a number of
community outreach programs, whilst the donation of the vehicles by the Beekman Group adds
to their already impressive array of CSI (Corporate Social Investment) initiatives. |

| The KZN South Coast is renowned for its lush subtropical vegetation, pristine beaches and clear blue seas. For visitors it's a major tourism draw card, for locals it's a source of immense pride. However, like all other holiday destinations, the growing problems associated with rapid urban development such as discarded litter, illegally dumped building materials and the desecration of the indigenous vegetation is a matter of concern. |
