acceleration in plans to introduce this service to a larger number of our resorts across
Southern Africa including our latest developments.

A variety of treatment options are provided by Body Bliss Day Spas. These range from basic massages
through to hydrotherapy.
Brand Positioning
The brand is positioned to the target market as the opportunity for "self-indulgent pampering".
The target market is not gender specific as the health & beauty therapy needs of both are catered
for. Marketing communications utilise imagery and written copy to create the want, whilst positioning

guest amenity on site.
