This option is only applicable to the San Martinho Beach Club in Mozambique due to government legislation on land ownership. The investor will acquire shares in the San Martino Beach Club which, together with the purchase of an (implemented) Building Plan, entitles the investor to the full and unreserved use of their apartment.
The ownership of this apartment use or footprint is transferable, realising the profits as would be the case with any full title ownership. In addition, your ownership provides you with other benefits:
