The Rental Pool Model
All resort accommodation is divided into sub-pools for distinguishing rental revenue for the various sizes of apartments and their associated rates and costs. Apartments designated to be part of a rental pool will have a standard design in terms of quality furnishings and amenities to ensure uniformity.For example, a three bedroom apartment will attract a higher rental than a two bedroom apartment,but will also carry a slightly higher running cost. What this means is that all owners of three bedroom apartments will share in all income, (less costs), generated from three bedroom rentals in the rental pool for that period in time. All modules will work on a seven day period for apartments in the rental pool and, in order to share in the income, the owner will need to place his/her apartment in the pool for that time module. The facility to do this will be available to all owners on line through our interactive website.
Apartments Come Furnished
What's more, your apartment will be tastefully furnished leaving you free of the hassle and logistical nightmares often associated with furnishing an apartment from a distance. The main reason for furnishing is to ensure uniformity and durability among the apartments within the rental pool, thus keeping monthly levies to a minimum.
The Choice Is Yours
All owners will have the choice to determine what time to take out for their holidays and what time torent out through the rental pool. The other important feature is that all the rental rates will be available on line for owners to see what weeks will attract the best rental return, which will help when choosing what weeks to holiday and what to rent out.
Choice Of Vacation Destinations
As an investor in one of our developments you are not simply restricted to that particular development as a vacation destination. Our unique iExchange programme allows you to simply exchange the accommodation of your apartment with that of another resort property either locally or internationally. - Home Resort - An exchange of your allocated accommodation period or unit size within the resort in which you have invested;
- Home Portfolio - An exchange of your allocated accommodation period with anyother resort that is within the Beekman Portfolio;
- Regional Exchange - An exchange of your allocated accommodation period with any Southern African resort outside South Africa. Namibia and Mozambique are popular choices.
International Exchange Option
